Doubt it. There are a lot of base metal tokens I see as well.
I'm still astounded that you asked me about it, I said I've never seen one (Honest Truth!), and then happen to come across one in the reject bin while dumping coins today.

Why didn't you ask me if I've ever seen a winning powerball ticket or something?!?! lol

All 40%ers it looks like.

 

4 boxes of halves done:
Box 1 - 7x40%ers (No enders)
Box 2 - 10x40%ers (1 ender)
Box 3 - 9x40%ers (2 enders - missed one the first time)
Box 4 - 19x40%ers (3 enders)

Total - 45x40%ers. 6.65oz Ag.

Another strange find,In a nickel roll this time.by the face design possibly canadian?says T.C STER. for sterling silver on the inside.Its basically the same width of a nickel but a little larger for thickness.

 

How in the world did they squeeze that into a ROLL?

 

Its actually a prefect fit!!,my picture shows it flat at the very bottom but I found it around the middle when I looked through the roll.

 

12 cwr of halves... nothing. The rolls looked similar to the ones I picked up at another branch last week. I think they were from the same person dumped at different branches. Also, my favorite teller is moving out of town in a couple weeks.

 

I even enjoy the misaligned, holed, and severely impaired flotsam and jetsam we all seem to find

 

First one for me in the Denver wilds and I live just a few miles from the Mint

 

Sometimes it's the oddities that stand out. Here's one I found:

 

Went to my usual credit union picked up $5.00 in pennies, Looking for anything only found 2 Canadian cents. I'll keep looking

 

so i normally do a 2k half dollar hunt! but my bank said that they did not have enough to get me the full 2k. so I ended up getting just 1 box of half's I didn't get any silver but I did get another 1974-D ddo-fs 101 that's 2 that I now have

 

4 boxes of halves this week were skunk. Opened the 2 boxes of cents and I think there are less than 10 wheats between the two. Gonna be a slog this week. Fingers crossed for a variety or something.

 

My latest box of halves was uneventful. One clad proof and three NIFC were the only unusual finds. Oh well.
