None of these mintages will be accurate for several years... which is why Red Book cannot/will not provide anything close until then, these are sales figures, rounded off to whole figures.

my guess for american eagle new prices: if ever the mint will produce it. 2010w ASE proof one ounce silver dollar - $34.95 2010w ASE unc one ounce silver dollar - $27.95
No way! That's way too low. Why? Because the recent Boy Scouts commem and the Veterans commems both just released with introductory pricing at $33.95 for the uncirculated coins and $39.95 for the proof coins. After April 22, on the Scouts coin, if they are still available, prices will increase to $35.95 for uncirculated coins and $43.95 for proofs. Same goes for the Veterans coin but the date of the increase is a bit sooner. Also... according to a story just released from Mint News Blog on 3/10/2010 'Price Increases for 2010 US Mint Annual Sets' are on the way... and it appears from the article that all products across the board may begin going through price increases over the course of the year. I think you have to start an ASE Proof at $49.95 introductory price with a $6 increase a short while later, which would be $55.95. Will there even be a "W" unc ASE? When the AGB was released end of 2009 they didn't do any "W" uncs, only proofs... but if there is an ASE "W" unc from the Mint, then perhaps $43.95 introductory price, then $49.95. Demand will be insane for these. I would look for a strict, strict household limit of 1, 3 or 5 IF we are lucky! They will certainly command these prices and sell very quickly with shipping delays SURE to follow. Look to order them 2-3 months ahead of shipping dates.
Prices for the mint medals are going up too. Used to be a 1.5" cost you $3.50. Upcoming products on the WASP's medal is $6.00....
remember to deduct $10.00 for donation on those modern commemoratives that you mentioned. also tropicana orange juice 64 fluid oz become 59 fluid oz. up 10%.
dealers are selling common ASE proof one ounce at an average of $60.00. the last mint price i think is $31.95. mint can sell the proof this time at around $39.95 to $44.95 each. during 1986. ASE proof one ounce cost only $21.00.
The product offering indicates that the composition of both pieces is bronze. We all know that the mint can be purposely funky regarding renderings.....:smile
2010 bullion ASE one ounce unc production - 6,817,500 2010 bullion ASE one ounce unc mintage - 6,450,000 2009 dated ASE one ounce uncirculated - 367,500 2010 bullion AGE one ounce unc production - 208,500 2010 bullion AGE one ounce unc mintage - 157,500 2009 dated AGE one ounce uncirculated - 51,000
see older issues mint products like modern commemorative, proof set and mint set to go up at least 50% and above. everything went up nowadays. dollar devalued against other currencies. mint products up its prices. you buying a new disabled veterans dollar at $39.95. why not buy a constitution dollar at $18.95?. buy a 2010 mint set at $31.95. why not buy a 1987 mint set at $6.95?.
The US Mint is getting as bad at over pricing (gouging) like those TV hucksters at HSN, Coin Vault, etc. :secret:
let's compare 2008 against 2010. since number of coins in a set is identical. uncirculated mint set: from $22.95 to $31.95 up 39.2% silver proof set: from $44.95 to $56.95 up 26.7% clad proof set: from $26.95 to $31.95 up 18.6% silver quarter proof set from $25.95 to $32.95 up 27.0% the 2008 unc mint set sold for $22.95 is really too cheap at that time. no wonder the mint realized it.
