I bought 88 $1 Eisenhower dollars. Help on Type?

    I was forunate to purchase 88 Eisenhower 1971-1972 dollars. I have one 1972S uncirculated blue box silver that appears to me to be type 2. It is also a pegleg R. Help on Type please.

    Maybe this will help.

    As far as finding out which are silver and which are clad. Your gonna have to weigh them.

    You can always look at the edge for color

    I know it is silver. I need to kn9w if it is type 2 which I believe it is.

    All, seriously, ALL '72S are Type 2!

    The type 1 2 3 are for the 72 P not the S or D. The Pegleg variety is for the 71 S
