Yep! Small, but gold. A Celtic quarter stater of Cunobelin.

Wonderful, love the reverse on the Tetradrachm.

I've owned a few with that reverse but they ended up being traded or or getting Bronze Disease that was hard to treat. One day I will get another one.

Maybe yours when you're bored with it in a few months.

I thought you meant the Alexander the Great tetradrachm, and was all like, “bronze disease? Whuh?” LOL

I agree. I paid extra for the service, of course.

I would, too! Likewise, at PCGS, I always want gold shield...

In my recent experience, NGC Photovision has proven to be at least the equal of PCGS TrueView, if not even better sometimes.

I don’t, really. If I find something eye appealing, its technical grade is a secondary consideration.

Just to be clear, my comment was meant to be silly not critical. They are lovely coins!

Wow I didn’t know they took that good of pics . All the photos I see when verification of Certs are checked are horrible so I never paid for it. Maybe I should .

It would be nice, if the NGC lookup page, included these high resolution photos of the coins before they were slabbed, as well as the low resolution slabbed coin photos. That would be helpful, for checking that a particular coin was indeed slabbed by NGC, because you could see more details of the coins. But perhaps, high resolution photos would occupy too much room, on the NGC servers. I don't know.

I have thought this as well. At least put the hi-res Photovision pics (when a coin has them) on the cert page, like PCGS does with its TrueView images.

Oh, I know. I was agreeing with your rhetorical question.
