Struck Thru Or Damaged?

    Looks like struck through. Interesting that it goes all the way to the collar.

    I found another just like it. But I dont know if it was a Quarter or Nickel. I didn't keep it.

    I'm going with damage the small pictures make it look like a strike through.But the last picture makes it look like pushed metal as if something hit the coin with speed and force.

    I would think that if the mark was made PMD it would have pushed the edge out of round. Even a little bit. I say its a Struck Through Debris.
    The small mark at the top left of the 'U' I think is PMD

    There's circulation damage, but there would be a berm I think if it were pushed material.

    Ok then it just looks so familiar to other coins with damage that looks similar to the anomaly on the coin,basically same spot also.

    Especially adjacent to similar appearing damage.
