I bought this last month and when it arrived it looked nice enough to add to my Dansco 7070. An 1840 type 2 with a mintage of 1,034,000 in XF condition. This is the No Drapery variety. It hasn’t been cleaned but I think it was given a quick dip as there is some darkness in a few places. It has circulation scratches but no cleaning scratches that I can see.

Very nice. Especially the tone and detail of the reverse.

My kind of coin. It looks like an 1840 coin that had to work for a living, not very hard mind you. Good eye appeal.
