    For one thing it is not marked "copy" and it's listed under US coins, Morgan Dollars.

    Report it to eBay from the post and they will certainly take care of it. They always have for my complaints. Buyer beware, there are many fakers out there on almost all sites.

    Weird...if it's listed as a fake or repro it doesn't bother me. However I don't make the rules, which is probably just as well.
