    Maybe it is a stupid question, but are you sure that those spots were there when it was graded?

    60-61 at best. Many spots and scratches on rev.

    The uneven toning puzzles me. No idea what that's about.
    I see several carbon spots on both sides.
    Typical alloying problem resulting in a minor wood grain appearance.

    Probably would make MS, but low.

    It'd be nice if you posted the TPG. I like the threads, will include the results along with the others in the other thread.

    On to this one. Will guess that it's also in a DGS holder because I don't think anyone would have dared that to send this to NGC.
