No. i have a few Seated Halves from the "Stack's W. 57th St. Collection" I don't think the special labels from big hoards add any value at all.I'm guessing it's a marketing tool, but I don't see them bringing a premium. There may be a few exceptions.
Just took new clean pic's of these for my album/gallery so here you go Two of my pretties Will probably be retaking most of my morgans now I got a setup to get great pics lol...
Yes sir. But how much, is really kinda up for debate? It would make selling it easier too. If that’s what you were wanting to do? Buyers/collectors seem to really prefer CAC coins.
I've talked to NGC about a few of these BU labels I have (also from "hoards").. they quite happy to regrade properly while keeping the pedigree on the label.. That would be your best choice to increase value in my book
Okay, I'll post a few, then wait for it in text below .... All counterfeits. No, I didn't buy them as genuine. I bought them as counterfeits for educational and novelty purposes. Have a little bag of decent looking Morgan counterfeits (bag marked "DO NOT SELL -- COUNTERFEITS" in case I croaked).
I have been off line for several months. During that time, I have gotten more into the Morgan Silver Dollars. I have increased my Morgans by a few over Covid. I have also gone through each one and tried to match as many as I could in VAMWorld. Two years of quarantine, I have most of them identified.
