2021-D Tuskegee Airmen Rev by date?

Saw this one with continuation of a “hub”. At first I thought it was coin roll marking. Please advise. And I know I could have the description incorrect. I did as many different pics as I could. Shiny. Although obverse looks a bit worn.

Question on this post again. How can those two lines by the date coming down be caused by the coin roller? Other part I can understand . Thanks!

 

Maybe at an angle? I really don't know, what I do know is that the marks are gouges into the surface of the coin, and they didn't come from the minting process.
