Underpriced?

    I found this and the guy is asking $25 each. I am looking at the bottom left commemorative. it looks like a proof and in the US red book it says it should be worth $500?

    Well actually they can delete a thread but only in a extreme situation when so many sometimes the worst of the worst violations are broken.
