    PCGS graded this as a MS-63 quite awhile ago. I’m sure it would have been higher if not for the obverse.

    I definitely like the coin. Maybe today’s grading standards would make it higher.

    You might get an MS-64 out of it, but it's not worth the expense. It's an example of nice, properly graded coin in a PCGS Old Green Label holder. It dates back to the early 1990s
