    That's not a ddo it was listed by Coneca And then de listed. It was called a hot lip Roosevelt. I sent one in years ago and it was listed, only to be de listed as its a clash and or MD. It was featured a few years back on error scope magazine.

    This coin looks like a very slight (MAD) misaligned die. Looks like machine doubling. No added value. Not an off-center. Wait for more opinions...
