1963 One Cent- Error or PMD??

    At one time it was that soft rubber like glue. If you peel it off it will leave a bright spot on that coin.

    For the life of me I can’t think of what’s it’s called. I really think it’s that rubber like glue that they use to hold coins to paper. You get them in the mail from nonprofit businesses that want you to donate to them.
