@Spacecoins …a basic rule: when you change coins, start a new thread.

The reason is: members see this post as “error pennies”. People who will give you good answers for your quarters don’t know they are posted here. You will get better responses for the quarters because the right members to give you help will see it in a new thread title.

We are trying to help, but posting numerous photos of different coins and asking about them in the same thread is a no-no.
I know the suggestion about taking and posting photos, and getting a Red Book, have been made, so please use them.
Oh yeah, loose the polls. They are not necessary for your posts, plus they don't make any sense.

    Wexler has 1 known re-punched mintmark https://doubleddie.com/1237787.html
    unfortunately yours is not it.
Yours has the appearance of a die chip filling the D due to a very deteriorated die

…or it was a filled D (same as deteriorated die, the middle post of the mint mark on the die broke off resulting in every coin struck afterward was a filled D) and all we see is 52 years of wear…not a keeper, imo.

I read all the posts and didn't see where anyone was making fun of you. You need thick skin around here. Everyone gets it thrown at them sooner or later. Just listen to the answers given and learn from them. An example is it's common knowledge you should start a new topic for each coin. Less confusing and you'll get more views. Also understand that the majority of posts you make before you learn the minting process will end up being coins that are common or damage.
