If it is a DDO. Do you recommend grading the coin? should I clean the coin before grading it?

 

I think it could be. I see some split serifs, but couldn't tell you for sure. Like the 4 as paddy said and the E and TY in Liberty.

Edit: Not worth grading costs IMO... And never clean coins. Haven't you heard that by now? There are few ways to do so without harming the coin.

Not a major DDO. If it is.
Not worth sending it. You need to pay extra money for attribution also. Not just grading.

I think its a 1943-S 5c DDO-005, 5-O-I-CCW Stage B

 

What would you do? keep the coin raw or sell it?

 

Have you confirmed the die markers for that stage? Is the mintmark in the exact same place?
Thinking it is one is far different from confirming it is actually one.
Knowing what you have normally comes before thinking of selling it.
