Token, not a coin, but what does it say?

    Found this in a junk box and thought it was interesting. Can anyone interpret what it says? I don’t even know if it is Chinese or Japanese or something else.

    It says: 娯楽用 (gorakuyou) = "for amusement" in Japanese.
    Looks like an arcade token or similar.
    When I was in Japan in the 90s most arcades used 100 yen or 50 yen coins,
    but I know that some others used tokens.
