1994 Dime- Error?

    Can anyone tell what is going on with this dime? I'm just a little perplexed. I think here appears to be more than one thing going on here. Thanks in advance. @paddyman98 or any other Error collectors.

    Looks to be a Struck Through Capped Die on the Obverse..


    Or just an extremely worn die :yack:

    The Reverse is a Misaligned Die Strike.

    Some additional thoughts: probably a very late Struck Through example since a fair amount of the detail is recognizable, even the finer devices. It does look like a VLDS strike, but the wavy features smack of the involvement of a die cap. More food for thought and discussion.
