I liked #1 a bit better...that one seems to have better luster and has a few less hits...something here makes me say MS 64
The additional pictures are better. It is on the edge between 64 and 65. Probably a 64+. The important thing distinguishing the coin is the beautiful color.
I'm thinking AU. Appears to have some wear and was rubbed between UNITED and the globe. Could be polishing marks but still at AU.
The gap between MS 64 and MS 65 is the hardest for TPGs to get right. I find that they tend to make their mistakes in the jump from high BU (64) to gem (65). Sometimes, graders are reluctant, especially when there is a big price jump involved. To me, this coin is clearly a 65, but PCGS played it quite conservatively.
