Made Out of Coins?!

    Not really a coin.... hope it's okay to post.
    My best friend of over 45 years had this made for 13 years of sobriety.
    He passed 2 months later in a motorcycle accident. :(

    I am pretty sure the bell is a modern alteration.

    The bell does ring, a nice sweet tone.
