Between the crud and the zinc bleed I think anyone responding would just be guessing. (Including myself, which I won't)

 

Did you see it starts from the rim near the E going towards the S and U

 

I do see a couple places where it looks like something rises above the surface as opposed to it normally being flat. But it's just too hard to tell if that is something that is simply built up on the surface. It looks like environmental damage at this point, possibly a cup holder find after something was spilled on it.

 

It is helpful to post full photos of your coin first and then close-ups to explain you inquiries. What help us helps you also.
From your photo I see nothing but PMD. Corrosion /contamination.
+1 for cup holder find.

I think it's dried adhesive

 

How do you guys get a great shot of the coin? My camera doesnt do well witha full shot. but here are the close up pictures
