59 Straight Clip LMC

I originally posted this in in the roll hunting forum but @alurid said I should move it over here. So here is my 59 LMC straight clip that I was referring to as a ragged edge due to the non uniform texture of the edge itself.

This was found in a sealed tube of UNC's and I couldn't believe someone missed it.

Now you all can see for yourselves...

It's probably my tired eyes, but I don't see any Blakesley Effect at all, so I'm still in the NOT a clip side of this and awaiting experts to chime it. @Fred Weinberg, @paddyman98, @JCro57 What say you?

The 59 is a genuine straight clip. Cant tell if plated or not

 

What does the rest of the roll look like?

 

Brightly UNC, but lots of bag marks & dings. Was hoping to pull a 65 or better, but not the case.

 

Nope, not plated just in excellent condition.
