I have had a strange last year with them. I usually spend around 100 an order because thats the free shipping threshold and I have trust issues, if something happened I would only lose 100 bucks.

More than once I got the "shipped" email but the order would arrive several weeks later, normally you get the order inside 8 business days.

I never got my last order. I had to open a USPS investigation and it's been 4 months. I think they are double selling some orders and this time they got caught empty handed. I wonder what USPS will turn up.

When you get the "shipped" email, does it include a tracking number?

they get their own priority mail info but they don't share it with you

Even though they don't provide it in their "shipped" email by default, have you asked them to provide it separately?

look buddy you think I am a moron, thats your problem. I wrote them, emailed them, called them and finally opened a USPS investigation. It's been more than 4 months.

You are jumping to conclusions, and there's no need for that sort of response. Some people are more patient and / or less inclined to question a vendor than you appear to be. That's why I asked the question that I did.

If you have concerns surrounding honesty about communicated ship dates from a seller, when you receive a shipment from them you should look up the tracking number for that shipment and compare it against the date of the first "shipped" email. If they are communicating shipment prematurely, then your "trust issues" might justifiably be extended to that seller.

What's up with this? A member takes the time to help somebody new and gets dumped on right away?

Oh well, I guess there are all kinds in the world. No good deed goes unpunished :banghead:

Interesting question. Had problems with them several times over the past year. Don’t know if you trust them. Don’t get shipping details yet you keep ordering from them. When you look in the mirror, if a moron is looking back at you, you might have your answer. Cool your jets, you asked a question and a member tried to help you.

Most, if not all, of us try to help collectors if a question is asked. I usually respond with a personal experience. I have made so many dumb statements, that it has given me a clearer picture of what is said and try to help, but sometimes, they aren't appreciated. This one is just one of my dumb statements, but I still like to read questions and answers.

Even with that, you can enroll into Informed Delivery through USPS website and it will show you items on their way to you, including the tracking information.

The member @ToughCOINS was asking a reasonable question, not treating you as a moron, if that's what you feel, you're probably being overly sensitive. Absolutely no need for you to be so rude. You won't last long in CT if you keep the 'tude up.

The people here generally try and help, the questions are to get an idea of where things are at. If you didn't want to be asked questions, perhaps you should not have posted.

As to what USPS may find, if it's been four months and you're not calling them weekly, you won't get anything back from them, the trail has gone cold. I know from past experience, having opened multiple 'item not delivered/received' cases in the past few years.

You should ALWAYS ask for tracking from the seller, if they don't or won't give a tracking number, then don't deal with them. Every single item I ship goes with tracking, that way I have proof it was received on the other end and it makes it difficult for me to be scammed as a seller.

I assume you mean mintproducts.com? Nope, never had any problems with them, aside with being a tad slow with shipping at times.
