A little help please

I have this mercury that appears to be whizzed. I'm not and expert but am I correct in my assumption? Also, the marked area looks like maybe a small crack, yes or no please. Any help would be appreciated. Regards.

Yes it seems raised to me.

 

By the way, what does “whizzed” MEAN?
I keep running into this term, but have never encountered any sort of definition/description of it.

My assumption is it is an alteration to the coin surface to make it appear to have luster that has been lost due to the coin being cleaned.

It doesn’t look whizzed from the pic to me but not 100% sure.

 

Looks to me like it had been dipped at some point. Lost all original surface.
The mark does look like a die crack.
