Spain, transport strike

    Just a quick warning to anyone buying from here...On Monday 14th there will be an indefinite transport strike...This could effect postage!?...The people here have gone mad clearing out shelves in the supermarkets...Apparently the strike is due to increases in fuel prices...

    Thanks. I bought one coin in the recent Cayon Subastas auction, but they've said it usually takes 3-6 weeks to obtain the necessary export permit in any event. Hopefully by the time they get it, the strike will be over.

    Yes! They had a lot of them. It was a really nice example of a type I've wanted for a long time. I'm trying not to be too impatient waiting for it to arrive. It's an M. Aquillia (Sol/Luna in biga).

    I'm waiting on two coins from that sale too. Hopefully not too long of a wait...

    I'll keep you all posted from this end...
    This is Spain so let's see if the strike actually happens first and I'll let you know what the repercussions are locally..
