Better, maybe not, but IMO easier to use. (When compared to GIMP)
Never tried Photoshop...Never been able to afford it, I can now, but I'd rather stick with Photoscape, and keep my money for a coin :D

Vess, screw everything I just said about the label! I just found a better way!

Go to edit... Select the picture with the coin, then go to object tab, then press the little picture icon, it is the first one. Then select the label, and resize it manually, and drag and drop!!!
It keeps your original photo the same size and doesn't move anything.
    Try it!

Here are before and after pictures. I personally like the new way better.

The first ones, use the COMBINE option, the second ones uses the new way I just told ya about. :D

Hey Vess, If you really like the mirrored look. Create a regular side by side photo, no need to make a mirror of each side separately which it looks like you did.

Save, reload photo and under Home -> Filter -> Mirror

    And voila, your mirrored look.

Thanks Josh. I got ya. I know exactly what you mean. I just got excited and did things in the wrong order on my first try. Will do next time.

Copper looks crappy with a black background. At least in my opinion. Once of these days I could go through and do all my coins. Yep - one of these days.

Just started using it after reloading my HD. It's free but a learning curve like Photoshop. I am use to CorelDraw so the tools/terms are a little different. Tonight I used it to resize and crop and it was still easy if you are already use to doing that in a different editor. For free, nice tool!!!
