1968 mint set error

    Is there any value in a 1968 mint set with Philly pack have two pennies and no Half. One penny being S ?

    Thats not an error. There were no Philly minted Kenedys in '68 and the "S" cent was the only business strike from San Francisco that year so the mint just stuck it in with the Philly coins.

    There was only a D mint half dollar.

    There should be to mint cello's
    The Philadelphia mint cello has the Cent P & S, Nickel P, Roosevelt P, & Washington P
    The Denver mint cello has the Cent D, Nickel D, Roosevelt D, Washington D & Kennedy D

    Well according to my redbook there's only the D mint. Now i'll have to go drag out my set and look at it.

    My Philly mint set from 1968 has s cent and a s nickle
