    Because of your photography,things can play tricks on the eyes easily like this for example.Your coin shows a ridge ring so not a true doubled die but DDD-die deterioration doubling despite the condition still a cent.https://www.error-ref.com/die-deterioration-doubling/

    I found a clean '89 LMC with a similar condition yesterday while rolling pocket change. I put it on the side to research and maybe post. Then I found a '87 with the same ridge. It was then I realized it had to be a minor zinc cent issue. Into the rolls they went! Phuey on these stinking zincolns! Thank you PD for saving me the research time.
