In particular what does the EURS mean. It is stamped on the inside of a silver bracelet I bought. I have googled it and have not gotten a solid definition. All I got was this," Edinburgh University Renaissance Singers (UK)" and I am pretty sure that is not the true meaning. Please see the pics...thank you in advance.
.925 is Sterling silver Eurs is it stating it is made of or in Europe European silver You will also see .925 thats made in Mexico....marked as such.
Thank you all for your responses and your question is a VERY good one. I was curious too so I pulled my older model digital scale and found your answer; please feel free to ask me any questions about the bracelet and as always enjoy what remains of your weekend.
I was in Mexico back in the early 90's purchased this chain on a ferry boat heading over to Plata Del Carmen..... $8 It was the only one like it...as at $8 ea. I would of bought 10.
@Jason Hoffpauir EURS is apparently a cryptocurrency tied to the Euro. EURS: The euro-backed stablecoin (stasis.net)
Always pretty cool to get some silver! I would imagine that the value of the bracelet itself is worth more than the silver content in it. Could be wrong though???
