Been a member since Sept 2018, and just doesn't have the postings to take that "New Member" off. I'm not a Peace dollar collector, but can't tell much from those photos. Looks like a rubbed area and a hair or scratch, but I will defer to those that collect this series.
The spot at the back of her head does appear to have been rubbed. High point wear is apparent and the line from D to T looks to have a slight raise to it which could possibly be a scratch in my opinion. It is still a good-looking obverse silver Peace dollar. Thanks, and good luck.
