Hmm, that's the first broad struck incomplete planchet I've seen.

Pretty cool but I couldn't even begin to guess a value.

We all overpay for everything in someone else's eyes. Surely a unique coin.

true, i might swoop in at last moment, i will pretend it is a heritager coin or great collection and this time i do not pay the 76.00 fee on top of bid, so just splurge and say something ridiculous and end the battle!! lol

ok, thanks, at least an honest answer, thanks to you, i have made up my mind, letting it go for 92.00, and just see how far it goes, another one may come along...just would hate to miss a chance to pay 3, or 500 for a coin worth a real crazy lot, i was bidding on some errors from great collection, i usually start early and bid on almost all the errors in any given sale, when most get to 300 to 600 i stop, it is above my pay grade, lol..but one of these days, i will get a 43 silver (on a dime) or an ike on a cent, and i will have gotten a bargain, sometime si win coins for 6 cents because i am the 2nd bidder and everyone stopped, the other day bought a German view master type thing for 6 cents sent priority free shipping, i will get 15-20 at fl market in the spring, lol cannot win if you do not play...

That is BS and you know it. I was part of the conversation and you wanted him to block you. John you want advice only when it can be beneficial to you, You I and everyone here knows that to be the truth.
So, don't lie to try and make yourself look innocent in this.

I've overpaid for a lot of things but I just look at it as it was worth more to me than them, lol.

I'll place the min bid but will always place a max bid on top of it at the highest price I'm willing to pay. If it goes over my max then I guess it was worth more to someone else lol.
