    That SBA is not an Unc. coin - I think ANACS got it right.
    (my opinion only)

    The Blank Planchet is not correct. I also own one from The Manhattan Collection series. It's not a zinc coated steel planchet. It is not ferromagnetic and will not stick to a magnet.
    Mint Error expert @JCro57 once brought it to my attention. I don't know how NGC made such a huge mistake!

    WRONG mine is magnetic, it shows attraction but due to being in ngc case cannot pick it up, but there is an attraction i can feel from magnet to coin in case, just need a really strong magnet to bridge the air space and the insulating plastic!!! also there is slight rust on the edge of coin in 2 spots

    Ok.. But let's see what @JCro57 has to say.

    It has a slight attraction whatever it's made of it's not steel.. I used a magnet that I use for magnet fishing that picks up to 100 pounds. It wouldn't even lift up the slab. The case has nothing to do with it IMHO

    271809916_464591178489601_5714085052154463931_n.jpg here is a better on, the case stops the total magnetic force by about 40% it is physics, my friend, here it is hovering over floor, after i took picture due to my shaky hands due to nerve damage from elevator accident it fell on floor i say, what more proof do you need?? it is legit, my friend..for 160.00 net all fees and shipping it better be, lol

    dude, there is a space between and it is not a very powerful magnet it will not even lift my keychain which is 6 ounces, the rust on the edge, and being magnetic through plastic then deqad air space, that is a gap of about1/4 inch that lessens the magnetic attraction a wee bit, at least by 40%..if it was not, then i would agree with you, i believe it is real, ngc does and so did great collections, there is a pedigree of ownership from the winslet collection.. i give up....do not know why everyone is always wishing i fail...anyways, good day, it snowed so stuck inside listing 10k worth of coins to my ebay store and other oddities i found buried under a shelf...still looking for my Da's 3 ounce necklace he bought for me mum for 50th anniv,, it is gold, white gold platinum and a 1 karat diamond and heavy chain, 3 oz of gold, really need to find it and convert it into errors!!!

    Please turn off the CAPS LOCK. It makes posts difficult to read, and is considered the equivalent of yelling, which us rude.

    JCro57 Making Errors Great Again

    @paddyman98

    The OP's 1943 steel planchet is labeled as the Winslet Collection, not the Manhattan Collection, which are all mislabeled zinc cents. I can tell just by the color that it is a steel planchet.

    I didn't mean to upset you. And I'm sorry for my error in calling your slab fake. But @JCro57 still established that there are slabs with planchets that aren't real and I thank him. Still a huge mistake on the part of NGC.

    Hey.. I got you moving and taking pictures and working hard to prove your point. Good job!

    I can't tell you what not to do. That's not my job.
    Post all the errors you want buddy.

    I think I got him upset. It wasn't my intention.
    Oh well.. Can we move on?
