I'll guess 1968-S

 

It's clearly a 196༘ྫྷᬼᷕ--S⃦⃪.

 

Has to be a post 1969 with low relief and the wide edge spacing around IGWT. No short bottom W in WE. Not a 1968.

My first thought when seeing the obverse and MM specifically was a 1985-89 D due to the huge size of that MM.

EDIT: Also, it looks copper, so my earlier guess was probably wrong.

Looks like the stem of a 1 to me the third digit is either a 6 or an 8 but pretty sure its a 6.

 

My question is: How are you going to pick a winner if you don't know the date?

 

I agree with 1961 D.

 

My opinion it's 1980 or 1981 D, also My opiniomn, the pictures aren't great, but I think It's RDV-004.

I guess it could be ODV-031/RDV-004

really hard to tell, no idea how to tell if it's 1980 or 1981..... Suppose it could even be a copper 1982-D, but would need to be large date I think also.
