    Dryer coin. Not a Mint Error of any kind.

    Severely worn coin after it left the mint, so not an error. The mushy devices indicate it has been mashed and worn, probably in a dryer or similar piece of equipment. Google Dryer coins and you'll find others like yours. But good eye. Keep on checking your coins.
    Thanks for posting Full Image. It would help to crop out the unnecessary background so just the coin shows and correctly orientate them.
