PMD. Hole punched after it left the mint

 

(Not an expert but) Metal looks raised on the obverse and recessed on the reverse so I think its PMD, sorry.

 

Holed. Nail or spike through the reverse out the Obverse.
Date is flattened with the impact.

Haha. Well it seems to be a lesser known error, that's for sure! I don't think blow hole errors are that common either, I found very little info and listings on them online.

 

That hole was placed on that coin many years ago when they used square nails ?

 

and usually nailed over the front door for good luck, back in the day.
