these large American coppers are insanely hard to find without details in the lower grades, i know i looked at about 200 of em the past few days, won this lil gut for a fair price, and am bidding on a few more as i write this, (guess i started collecting early copper) anyways, i can justify this one because it is a slight error as well, mad rev.

    also, i have always wanted a pre-1800's us coin, now that bubble is burst...enjoy!! 270144279_251811737023558_7241992251429306678_n.jpg 271411786_306604384747846_5456145689627290784_n.jpg 270369617_1358012464653478_1962871356893770803_n.jpg 269707121_354623042676662_1612200994142228112_n.jpg 270299650_259313142938247_8818415461233222880_n.jpg 271390926_354030789405822_5848974773348274124_n.jpg

very nice coin and yes, the reverse is slightly rotated, unfortunatly you need a 90 degree or greater rotation before it becomes anything special... is actualy fairly common for large cents to be partialy rotated.. 2-3 in my $20 LC set have similar issues :D

Oh and yeah finding an LC that won't "detail" out is the fun part of the 100 or so I have maybe 3 would escape a details grade. Just did a double check i stand by the maybe 3 of the 100 I own passing as clean.. and of my "graded" LCs only the 1847 VF 35 in my type set is a clean grade :D

i meant the reverse is mis-aligned, not off center, not rotated..but misaligned, fairly common, but hey needed an excuse to get it since i primarily collect errors, lol
