Yes furryfrog is correct. Not a proof. 68-74 s pennies were circulated. Nickels 68,69,70. There are proofs from those years as well, but the proofs are easily identified.
It’s a business strike, not a proof. Some thing has had a negative affect on the copper. It’s a spender.
A proof will have mirrored surfaces and a slight cameo to the devices. I am not seeing it. The pictures are too blurry and insufficient.
