This one. Two in one day! I'm calling it quits for the day. Never gonna top that. Might just retire, in general, from coin hunting. What should my reaction be to all this? I'm slightly amused. I really am dead inside, lol.
Sorry @potty dollar 1878, it's long gone. I see stuff like that all day. I know you think I'm kidding, but I'm not. That just happened to really stand out. But i see dimes like that, all day long. I'll put these "errors" aside for those interested. *edit And nope, i meant new york city sewer rat. They look just like that.
I'm not kidding. I'm calling it quits for the day. No use trying to beat that. My company also closes between Xmas and new year, forced attrition, so there'll be no daily finds unless i find something while I'm off, but to be honest, i won't really be looking. Merry Christmas to all you gentiles, happy Hanukkah (past) to all you chosen ones, and everyone else, peace on earth, and good will towards men.
And another great year of posts by @CoinJockey73 Congrats, and we look forward to next year Have a Happy Holiday everyone and a safe New Year
Thanks @Treashunt, same to you and yours, all the way over there . By the way, your comment made me quickly check my first post on this thread. Technically, i got 2 more months to the day till it's officially a year . Then we'll all go back, everyone on the site, and pick the 10 best coins I've posted, this year. It'll be awesome. Everyone can pick their 10 favorites .
Hi-de-ho, ha ha ha! I know i said i wouldn't be back till next week but, there was some mix up, and i was asked to go in for a bit. Glad i didn't say no. Found a bit of everything. Let's start it off with the lowest. I just gave one of these away to a YN recently. Funny how the coin gods give back.
Yes both D and S the Frisco is a key date with only 4 million made. Also the D is quite uncommon with only around 5.7 million.
