    Hello everyone,
I got one of these WheresGeorge.com stamped $1.00 bills a few years ago. I received another one today..

Last time the serial number for it was entered was many years ago! From Illinois in 2012 to NYC :jawdrop:

I remember seeing those everywhere back in the late 90's and early 2000's but it's been awhile since I've seen one.

They used to make me mad back when I still collected fancy serials, lol.

I think you can still buy the rubber stamps to participate.

Nothing like telling the government who you are and where to find you. Duh, here I are!

Where's George is still active. I've cut back a little but still enter and spend about 75-100 bills per month (mostly ones). I get hits on about 10-15% of what I enter.

If you get one in change, go ahead and enter it. It will make someone's day. You don't need to be a registered user to enter a bill and will still see where the bill had previously been entered. The downside of not being registered is if it gets entered again in the future, you won't get an email notification.

Also, I've been doing this since 1999 and have never gotten spam or unwanted emails through the WG site.

I completely forgot about this one:

I've had it in my wallet for ages, perhaps several months.
    I'll spend it tomorrow.

Who are all these scofflaws defacing our currency with graffiti?
I remember getting one and looking up where it came from. It was anti climactic to say the least.

These notes are really cool. It's also fun to check out the map of where they've been. From an epidemiological viewpoint I find it interesting to follow the path of the bills.

Years ago I made my own rubber stamp, I didn't know you could buy them.

@Mountain Man they won't go anywhere if you give them to a grizzly, and your neighbors probably use them like Charmin! ;);):):)
