    I realize that the elephant looks like he's drinking from a beer bottle, but that's actually supposed to be a bell around his neck.

    Here's one which reprises the type above, but with Apollo instead of Roma on the obverse.
    It's part of a series of 3 denarii from 82-80BC which repeat the designs of 127BC denarii (Caecilia, Servilia, Fabia), but replace Roma with Apollo on the obverse.
