How is this an MS-69? PCGS 2021 Peace Dollar

    Thanks for the advice everyone - I exchanged it for a different MS-69 that's correctly graded from what I can tell based on ANA grading standards. The obverse to me looks like an MS-70, and that's through a 10x loupe. The reverse has two marks as shown, and are relatively difficult to spot with the naked eye.

    Glad you all were able to help me to grade the graders' grade. :)

    Just for clarity there's no such thing as ANA grading standards. The ANA books titles are kind of misleading as they admit in writing they are there to explain current grading standards not establish them
