    I won this 1989 mint on here set a few months back. In the "P" sello were both of these. Kennedy half with deep strike through on trust, and a dime with a reverse the like of which I have never seen from a mint set

    The only thing "wrong" with is is:
    1. Strike-through behind the ear
    2. Die Break from the eye to the rim
    3. Planchet flaw (retained de-lamination) below the date splitting the planchet from left of 9 to middle of 8 causing advanced wear.
    4. CUD over ST
    5. More die breaks on the reverse.

    Other than that, it's a "nice" problem free coin.

    on ebay they are selling sets like this at a premium, and with ones with dopubled coins and missing another..

    THANK YOU for this ODD post. This is Perfect for this Weird proof coin. I bought it at a flea mkt here for silver scrap price at the time (2013) it has been terribly abused but still proof. Thats why I don't believe what my glasses are looking at.YOU TELL ME! I know it could not be a shattered die being PROOF! What happened ?
