Found a Nice BU 1929 1/2 Gulden

The Dutch side of my family is having our annual Christmas party this weekend.

I picked up a bunch of old Dutch coins for the kids as surprises and found this one.

If you have to give something to the kiddies, give them Wilhelmina mints - they are from the Netherlands and you can find them in grocery stores with European foods in America.

 

I got some late 1800s 1/2 cents and cents too. I tried to find anything with the Lion Rampant on it, such a great design!

 

I'm thinking you need to get your own example of one of these.

 

I really like the Wilhelmina coins - mine depicts a slightly more "mature" queen than the one above.
