The Poor Mans example has some deformation on the date and Liberty.
This OP coin is a genuine doubled die. Not the big one but DDO-002 with IGWT doubled.

 

To my understanding this one is more rare so I would think higher price

 

Absolutely not! DDO-001 is THE ULTIMATE DOUBLED DIE. you can easily see the doubling with the naked eye



While yours is the DDO-002, it is hard to pick out the doubling without a loupe. It's not listed in the Cherry pickers guide, so the major TPGs won't attribute it.

My best guess is that you could get a couple bucks on ebay, maybe as much as $10 on a good day if the right buyer comes along.

 

Rarer? Maybe. Perhaps because nobody looks for it/cares about it.
More valuable? Nope.
Rarity does not equal collectability/value.

 

So I guess they are like diamonds? Diamonds are one of the most common gemstones in the world though you wouldn't know it from the price, lol.
