And finally, I guess I found small date over large date and some doublings on letters! What do you think, please?
Sorry, I don't think so. Your date took a hit, it is a very circulated and damaged coin. There is a small die chip on the R of Liberty. Here is a photo and description of what the real one looks like http://www.lincolncentresource.com/doubledies/1960Dddo1.html
Have you ever sent any of this stuff in for authentication? Have you ever sold any of these things for any kind of profit? I'm just curious because you seem to devote a lot of energy into great pictures of coins that aren't anything, which has gone on for a while. I admire your persistence but it's odd.
NO, not yet. Actually, I do not think they need gradings. My coins are talking by themselves. Are you interested in any of them?
I was hoping for this to be posted as it is a much clearer image than the one in the link I posted, thanks
What a nonsense statement. Do you understand what causes doubled dies? Members took the time to post links for you to study when you first started. Did you bother to read them? To refresh your memory, a doubled die variety comes from a single working die. Note the term "single die". That means the doubling on all coins struck from that die are ARE THE SAME. if you have a 60D LG date over small date, it will match the coin posted above. For doubled dies, close = you do not have it. You need to spend some more time studying the minting process and less time posting nonsense and disagreeing with the few people left who are trying to help you.
I have a hard time believing this person is even real anymore. I look forward to their next installment of "Get rich from pocket change by saving lots and lots of pocket change."
I do see the die chip (R) but nothing else. That is why I was agreeing with expat Teran, sorry if you misunderstood me. Keep on posting, good luck.
I am sorry, I guess I should have explained. The Blue line is the "Large Date 0" , the red line is at the "Small Date 0" . The Green line shows the offset second D as this is also a RPM D/D as well as a DDO ( small over large date). Jim
