    This was one of my favorite 2021 purchases. I know that these old nickels tend to tone in these reddish-purple hues and I am not a fellow that seeks out toned coins.... But I did find this one to be quite attractive.

    Nice. A couple of die cracks but they do not take away from the beauty.

    Here is a 1930 LWC that someone whizzed. Made it look like a triple die.

    downloadfile-11.jpg this in hand looks the same, I have an early Peace dollar that has the same toning on its reverse. .

    This Grant has not changed in color since I purchased it....sort or a rust orangest red color . Its raw, i never believed that it would grade with the hit to Grants temple. downloadfile.jpg downloadfile-2.jpg

    Purchased this Matron Head Large Cent a couple of years back because it has good detail and was reasonably priced. The color I assume is fire damage, but who knows. Seller images.

    I dunno, maybe my eyes are going funny. But with what looks like a date of 1901 on that dime - are you sure it is silver ?
