5 Peceta error help pls

This 5 Peceta has no value but plenty of possible errors am I right to assume that its struck off centre ? Correct me if Im wrong over to the experts

Not seeing anything that says struck off center. Looks like a heavily deteriorated die.

It's a simple mistake.

 

They are made of Aluminium-Bronze and as such the perimeter details spread toward the rim the more the die becomes deteriorated.
There are two varieties, normal and wide rim, yours is normal.
