You mean aside from the odd reddish-brown marks on the obverse which look more like they are on the slab than the coin? Two arc-shaped lines between feathers 2 and 3 and some localized spots. Those marks don't show in the first photo, only the second. I'm not certain it's a proof. Without doing any research on the die markers, it just doesn't look as sharply struck in the feathers as I would expect a proof to be. And the reverse also seems weak for a proof. I can't really see the edges well enough to give me some clues, even though the photos are pretty good. Secondly, unless I'm fooling myself, I think I see touches of high point breaks. So my first guess is that it's not a proof. My second guess is that it's a proof but a circulated one. Give me time and I'll come up with enough guesses so that all the bases are covered.
Ok now i see they go with the arrow. The toning makes it hard to tell I thought they were some kind of a anomaly at first.
Yep, I agree not proof. Although when I read the title, " What do you see wrong with this IHC" I was looking for something with the coin, not the label.
When I first saw it, the word “Proof” didn’t enter my mind. It looks like a nice R&B business strike.
