Madison $1 struck through?

Found while goodie searching BU rolls the bank. Appears to have nice struck through? your opinion please, thanks OT

Nice find looks like a strike thru to me.

 

I'm not up to speed on the error jargon but isn't that coin (just a tad) off center? I thought "stuck through" was something else....

 

The coin isn't off center you are looking at it through a magnifying glass. it could be a struck through but it could also be a bag mark. look for any sharp or raised edges around the indentation.
