SECRET SATURNALIA 2021!!!!!

I wouldn’t worry about trying to find something perfect for the person you get. We all know it’s about the giving and the experience. I certainly don’t expect anyone to find the perfect Medieval coin for me, as I know I am in the minority in That collecting realm here. While I know some of the coins I have given in the past were a success, other years were a flop.

Just sent mine out in the mail today...I really enjoyed picking out this gift. Can't believe it is already coming up so soon.

 

Many thanks to Saturn! This package will remain unopened until the 17th but I wanted you to know it arrived (barely though! It had blown into my neighbor’s driveway…)

Ooooo buddy...an envelope arrived from a far away land tonight
Went out to check the mail for FFIVN's gift from his grandparents (which wasn't delivered) and was surprised with an envelope with the words "Io Saturnalia" along the side. Now comes the wait.

 

Sent package to my Secret Saturnalia last Monday morning..
Hope it gets there on time..

 

I received some coins in the mail today that I didn’t order.
I took a sneak peek and then put them back into the envelope.
What I saw in that brief instant looked—

I'm told that a letter/present arrive for me today (friend's mailbox) so it must be from my Secret Saturn!! Yay!! I will certainly receive it in time for opening on the first day of Saturnalia .

 

IDK about you all....but I have my SS package sitting on the front table and it is driving me nuts. I just want to tear into it.


But no...I must practice restraint.
